Privacy
We keep this simple: the website saves very little, and most of it stays on your own phone.
What stays on your phone
To save you typing, the website remembers a few things in your own browser: your basket, the name, phone number and address you last ordered with, your last order (for one-tap reorder), any allergens you chose to avoid, your table number when you order at a table (forgotten after 4 hours), and which specials and messages you have already seen.
This stays on your phone. We cannot see it, and it is never sent to us on its own. You can clear it with the button below.
What you send us
When you tap “Send order on WhatsApp”, WhatsApp opens with your order written out. Nothing reaches us until you press send there. The message — your dishes, name, phone number, address and notes — goes to our WhatsApp number, +971 50 138 0205, and we use it only to prepare, deliver and confirm your order. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that message.
Your location
Only if you tap “Share my location”. Your phone asks your permission first. We use it to add a map link to your order and to check you are inside our delivery area. It is not stored on our server.
Order counts
To learn which dishes are popular, when you tap send the website also keeps an anonymous note of the order — the dishes, total, order type and time — with no name, phone number or address.
Group orders
When you start or join a group order, the first names and dishes in the group are kept on our server so everyone sees the same basket. Each group is deleted automatically after 24 hours.
Visit counts
To see how the website is used, we count visits, which pages are seen, which dishes are opened or added to a basket, the language, whether it is a phone or a computer, and which website sent you (for example Google or Instagram). There are no cookies, and nothing is kept that could identify you or your device.
Event and catering enquiries
When you send an enquiry from our Catering & Events section, we keep your name, phone number, date, number of guests and notes so we can prepare a quote and follow up. They are deleted a year after the event.
Feedback
If you leave feedback from the card on your table or the link on our menu, we keep your rating, comment and table number so the manager can read them. Your name and phone number are kept only if you choose to add them, so we can reply. Feedback is deleted after 12 months.
What we don’t do
No accounts, no advertising or tracking cookies, and we never sell or share your details. Our fonts come from Google Fonts and our reviews link goes to Google, so Google receives an ordinary web request from your device when those load.
